Each session lasts between 1 hour and 1 hour 30 minutes dependent on the subject and client.
It is sometimes difficult to estimate the number of therapeutic sessions required so in this respect Maria normally charges by the session.
Costs per session: £70
There are of course exceptions to every rule and they are as follows:
Smoking cessation is a two-session treatment normally taking
place a week apart.
Total cost: £240
Phobia cure: between 1 and 2 sessions costing £70 per session
The weight loss programme entails 3 sessions, the first two being a week apart with a follow up session a pre-arranged time later. Cost per session: £70
Therapy for addictions requires a minimum 3 session commitment at a total cost of £210 paid in full after the first session.
Life Coaching packages are designed to meet the individual needs of the client. In this respect, due to the bespoke nature of this service, costs are agreed in advance at the time of the initial consultation. Support for life-coaching clients can be either face to face, via email or over the phone so all our coaching packages are as individual as our clients.
